What a Woman really Wants You know what I desire the most? A man not afraid of his domestic side.... Turn me on? Turn on the vacuum Hmmmm that gets my motor running.... Want me all hot and bothered? Turn on the stove....gets me all warm and fuzzzy.... Want me wet and wanton? Try washing up a load of dishes or laundry.....  Think this is absolutely ridiculous? Think again.... when you do these kinds of mundane meaningless tasks that are stereotypically a "woman's job" you are telling me...you value my time, you value me, and you are not afraid of your domestic side.... So heat things up at home....Don an apron and help a girl out.... you may be over joyed with your reward..    I'm Just Sayin'--Seriously? |

Well, my experience is that some women notice and others don't. The last gf I had, noticed it about 50/50. If I thought I went out of my way to help out...(ie vacuuming the whole house, etc.,) and she didn't notice, I'd just gently make a comment, just to let her know. (Don't want to lose the "credit" haha). But - I will say she was VERY impresssed that I made the bed very soon after getting up in the morning.... Need help at your place...?

My wife just gets SOO upset when I put on my maid’s outfit though!  Funny, when my Mom was her a few months ago, she was constantly commenting about how much I do around the house, mostly food related - cooking, cleaning up. hmmmmmmmmm ya think???????? I cooked meals that would amaze gordon ramsay, I ironed clothes to perfection, I cleared the dishes after and poured her a glass of wine..... what did I get ...A Divorce It aint what I am Its what I do that defines me !

I tried it too. Know what it got me? One lazy wife and two lazy stepchildren who wouldn't lift a finger around the house because "Mr. Ego will take care of it." However, that said, I know most other people would have appreciated it.

Does it count if I hire a maid and take you out to dinner? Kidding. You just relax. Can I pour you a glass of wine? Don't worry, i'll take care of everything else.

I tried it. The "reward" was nothing special. In fact, there was no reward and no comment. Maybe she was upset because I did it better than she does. HermansBoy
