Just rambling.

So I've recently been asked to start a softball team for my workplace. Is it bad that I don't want to do that because most of the people I work with I can't stand and wouldn't want them around me on off-hours? Or should I just suck it up and organize the damn thing so it looks better to management when I go for promotion again?

 Suck it up if you want that promotion. Also u may find some of the people u dislike at work are very different outside of your place of employment.
