 Interesting to read your descriptions. I'm normally a Type A and an incredible risk taker with income fluctuations that resemble a roller coaster structure. But, I've always realized that money is just dirty paper and is easily made and replaced. Tonight I'm debating buying a new (for me) car and paying cash because I hate making payments and credit card debt which I have not had for over 15 years now.

Your friend 2 is lucky. It's difficult to make long distance relationships work. When I moved from Denver to Phoenix my husband promised to move within a year; he didn't and divorce #1 got underway.

It would be difficult for me to just coast and exist but I have found myself doing that in terms of my relationship building the past couple of years. Somehow I need to draw upon my type A traits and get out there again.

I don't know which type you are. I know you plan and set goals and have long term friendships. I don't think you're passionate about your work/career but use it as a means to an end. Are you geographically bound or upward bound?
