Weekend Pleasantries
The luxury of sleeping in.

Stuffed banana french toast for breakfast that I made. Can we say awesome?

Being caught up on all of the laundry and household chores.

Being caught up on my progress notes from work.

A weekend just to myself ( is with her dad for the first time in 3 weeks)

The sun is shining even though it's incredibly cold.

The snow clinging to the ground in the woods behind my house is a magnificent sight to behold.

Going to catch up on some reading today.

Might even give myself a pedicure.

Going to attempt a 5 mile outdoor run later this afternoon.

I'm looking forward to tonight- first date I've accepted in over a month.

I wonder what he likes for breakfast?!

 I admire the way you began and ended with breakfast, my dear. I expect your date would enjoy your yummy stuffed banana French toast, a dish primed for endlessly flirtatious conversation.

I have some pleasure reading and pleasure writing this afternoon, followed by grocery shopping. One of my friends supported the development of a (totally innocent) game on Kickstarter, so several couples are coming to my place tonight to try it out. I'm notoriously generous with food and liquor.
