I worry that if it comes out people will think less of me. I worry that it can hurt my professional life. I worry if I am judged. I wonder who I am. Somedays I am confident and open. Other days I am closed with low self-esteem. I wonder about my sexuality. I have been having lots of bisexual urges. I want to play with another man. I have not acted on these urges as of yet. First, I applaud you for laying it all out there. Being vulnerable, leaving ourselves open to criticism and judgement is never easy. But I believe it is the path to being truly seen and loved. Second, to me these aren't secrets. What you revealed. They aren't secrets because you've acknowledged them and shared them with at least one other. Just because you haven't shared them with a wider audience doesn't make them a secret - that's just smart. We have to take care of ourselves and one way we do that is by not just blurting out everything to everyone.
